4. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Areas

MELT ships exclusively within South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered to a South African address.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

•       Standard Delivery: 8-14 business days (Monday-Friday)

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing time (1-3 business days). Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery progress on our courier partner's website.

Delivery Failure

If the courier is unable to deliver your package:

•       The courier will attempt delivery again

•       If the address is incorrect, you may be charged for redelivery

•       After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense

Lost or Damaged Packages

MELT is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier service. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier for compensation. Please report any damage or loss within 48 hours of delivery.
