    1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    Eligibility for Returns

    At MELT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 2008.

           Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

           Receipt or proof of purchase ( strugglesupport@gmail.com ) is required

           Items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a different product of higher value

           Customized or personalized items are final sale unless defective

    Refund Process

    To initiate a return:

    1.    Contact our customer service team at ( strugglesupport@gmail.com ) with your order number and reason for return

    2.    We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address

    3.    Ship the item back to us (customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is defective)

    4.    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 12 business days

    5.    Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

    Defective Products

    If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund. Please contact us with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
