1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

At MELT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 2008.

•       Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

•       Receipt or proof of purchase ( strugglesupport@gmail.com ) is required

•       Items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a different product of higher value

•       Customized or personalized items are final sale unless defective

Refund Process

To initiate a return:

1.    Contact our customer service team at ( strugglesupport@gmail.com ) with your order number and reason for return

2.    We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address

3.    Ship the item back to us (customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is defective)

4.    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 12 business days

5.    Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund. Please contact us with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2.MELT Restocking Fee Policy

At MELT, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to return an item, please review our restocking fee policy below.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

The restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns, inspecting returned merchandise, repackaging products, and inventory management.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be returned within the applicable return period.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
• The return must be authorized by MELT before being sent back.

Refund Calculation

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed as follows:

Refund Amount = Purchase Price − 15% Restocking Fee

Shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and any other non-refundable charges are not eligible for reimbursement unless required by law.
